Welcome to Crimson Crumb. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Crimson Crumb's Website and our ordering services.
1. Custom Cake Orders & Cancellations
At Crimson Crumb, our custom cakes are handcrafted with precision. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, please note the following:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled collection or delivery date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable as ingredients and prep work will have already commenced.
- Design changes cannot be accommodated within 72 hours of the pickup time.
2. Allergen Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, our bakery handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and soy.
Important: We cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free from allergens. Customers with severe allergies are advised to exercise caution.
3. Payment Terms
All online orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout. For large catering events or wedding cakes:
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
- The remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days prior to the event.
4. Delivery and Collection
Orders are available for collection at our London shop: 30 St. Agnes Place, SE11 4BE. If delivery is arranged:
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the specified time.
- Crimson Crumb is not responsible for damage to products once they have been successfully delivered or collected.
